I have served on the board since its inception and appreciate having the opportunity to partner and collaborate with faculty members in providing resources to assist in engagement, professional development, as well as recruitment, and retention of our faculty.

My favorite thing about APSU is the PEAYple!  I have had other great positions at other universities over my career.  Still, APSU is special because of how the PEAYple come together for good times and hard times for the betterment of our campus community.

My favorite hobby is going to "old school" concerts with my partner and pretending I am in my teens or 20s again.  I couldn't afford to attend concerts when I was younger.  Now, that I can go to see and hear some of my favorite artists as a younger person - I reminisce on bavk in the day and sing as loud as I want (off-key, of course!), and I am loving it.  Plus...the concerts are a lot cheaper than they would have been during that time for me.  My favorite movie - that is hard, I have so many favorites.  But, I guess if I had to choose one, it would be Fried Green Tomatoes - it is the right blend of comedy and drama for me, with a courageous female protagonist.
