Industrial Readiness Training | Adult Learners
If you need a job and are ready for a successful career, you can earn critical industry recognized certificates through a short four-week Industrial Readiness Training program conducted by experienced industry professionals. You will be prepared for in-demand jobs in the local manufacturing industry. The training curriculum assesses, measures and supports the use of foundational technical, academic, and interpersonal knowledge and skills (applied math, graphic literacy, workplace documentation, and mechanical aptitude) that have been identified by local industry leaders as critical to long-term employee success. Dual Enrollment
Nashville State Community College offers a dual enrollment mechatronics program at Kenwood High School in Clarksville. In addition, students in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School system can get college credit at Nashville State by passing dual credit exams in Engineering Technology, AutoCAD, and Digital Electronics.
