Bridge to Work Dual Enrollment
Tennessee College of Applied Technology Dickson/Clarksville (TCAT) is proud to provide dual enrollment students with training and work-based learning opportunities leading to employment in one of Tennessee’s top in-demand occupations in advanced manufacturing careers. TCAT partners with local workforce and education partners in the development and implementation of employer-driven career pathways including both K-12 school districts and higher education institutions.
Through the Bridge to Work grant, TCAT offers dual enrollment to high school Juniors and Seniors in Houston and Stewart Counties desiring to study Advanced Manufacturing Production Technology. This two-year, 432-hour program combines traditional coursework, internet-based learning, hands-on lab experiences, and industry experiences. Students completing the AMPT course have the option to earn an Advanced Manufacturing Production Associate certificate after 216 hours, as well as, an Advanced Manufacturing Production Technician certificate after 432 hours. Completors will also receive the Certified Production Technician certification. This program will provide:

- Option to earn Advanced Manufacturing Production Associate certificate after 216 hours
