Leading Organizational Change Graduate Certificate
The Department of Leadership offers a 9-hour graduate certificate in Leading Organizational Change.
Leaders are constantly confronted with the need to maintain organizational viability in the face of a changing external environment. This nine-hour program addresses the influence of an organizational culture and climate on organizational change, the impact of strategic planning on implementing change, and the importance of social influence processes for supporting change and minimizing resistance to change.
The certificate can be earned by taking just one course at a time for three eight-week
terms. Completion of this certificate will allow students to transition directly into the
Master of Science in Leadership (MSL), if desired. The certificate classes will count
as three of the ten courses required for the MSL degree.
