The e‐Procurement System (Govs e‐Shop) is the University's primary way of ordering goods & services through online catalogs or non‐catalog requests.
The Corporate Card Program provides employees with a convenient means to make business purchases and simultaneously reduce the costs associated with initiating and paying for those purchases
All University purchases from Amazon must be through the Prime Business account. Orders are shipped and routed to order owners via Central Receiving.

APSU has various local retail membership cards that can be checked out from Procurement Services. Cards are to be returned the following business day.
Through the Tennessee Interlocal Cooperation Act (T.C.A. § 12-9-104) public agencies are permitted to cooperate with other localities on the basis of mutual advantage and provide services that will best accord with geographic, economic, population, and other factors influencing the needs and development of local communities.
