How to Drop a Course

1. Click on Web Self Service icon

2. Click on the Student

3. Click on the Registration

4. Click on the Add or Drop Classes

5. Select a Term from the drop down menu (i.e. Fall Semester 2025 etc.), click Submit.

6. There is a pull-down list beside all registered classes. Under the Action column, choose the drop option next to the class you would like to drop (i.e. Withdrawn before the 14th day).

7. After you have made your selection, click on Submit Changes.

How to drop a course when you are registered for one course

***This process will not affect any term other than the one you are withdrawing from and will not affect your addissions to APSU.

This is the process for dropping a single course.

Step 1: Choose Withdraw from APSU

Step 2: Choose effective term for withdrawal, then Continue.

Step 3: Choose Continue to confirm withdrawal

Step 5: Select the main reason for withdrawing from the University, then Continue.

Step 6: You will receive a Reference Number that you will need to write down.

You will receive an email as you are withdrawn from each course and a final email once your withdrawal of all courses is complete.
