Internship Description
The Marcelina Business Development Research Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Marcelina Development project through comprehensive research and analysis across various aspects of the project:
- Cross-Disciplinary Research: Conduct targeted research across all aspects of development to support the project's connection with local history and alignment with modern standards and community needs.
- Professional Partnerships: Learn from seasoned professionals in different business disciplines from architecture and civil engineering to marketing and consumer experience.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze current trends in community development and sustainability.
- Best Practices Investigation: Research best practices for planning and building live-work-play communities.
- Report Development: Compile and present detailed reports and recommendations to support the development team.
- Project Collaboration: Work with project managers and team members to integrate research findings into the project strategy.
