Internship Description

Solutions 21 is seeking an intern to support their marketing efforts through various initiatives:

1. Social Media Management: Create and post content on company social media platforms.
2. Newsletter Production: Gather content for and assemble the weekly newsletter.
3. Multimedia Support: Provide video/photography assistance (if capable).
4. Marketing Strategy: Contribute to marketing strategy development and implementation.
5. Publishing Support: Assist with the independent publishing company Percheron Publishing and titles being published this year.
6. Content Creation: Support podcast/video interview efforts.

Beyond marketing, the intern will gain exposure to all business operations, providing valuable insight into the company's consulting and leadership development services.

McKenna Arras is a Leadership Consultant for Solutions 21 with a background in educating military leaders on performance psychology techniques and their application to individual tasks and unit operations. With extensive experience working with the military and high performers, she is dedicated to improving the performance and success of individuals and teams. Although she hasn't formally supervised an intern, McKenna's previous roles included supervising and coaching Army Executive leadership, military soldiers, Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) cadets, as well as corporate executives and professionals.
