If OneStop indicates you are in need of an alternate pin, it means that you have not completed an advising appointment.
There are two ways to be advised:
Make an appointment for an office visit:
If this is your first advising appointment, you will need to create a user name and password by using this link. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE LINK TO REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT.
Please log into your AP OneStop, to access your advisor's name prior to scheduling your appointment with either Tina Grimsley or Danielle White. AMEDD students your advisor is Danielle White.
If you are an RN-BSN student and already have a nursing license, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Request advisement by email:
All correspondence must come from your APSU student email account and include your name and full A number.
All students are required to complete an advising worksheet. If you are a student with 12 earned credit hours, you must also bring a Nursing GPA Calculation Sheet. These are found below. Bring them to your appointment or if requesting advisement by email, attach them.
Instructions for completing the GPA calculation sheet: Please convert letter grades to numbers (A = 4, B = 3, C = 2, D = 1, F = 0). If you have not received a grade for the listed course, place a zero in the hours earned column and a zero in the grade column. Advanced Placement courses are treated the same as not having a grade earned since letter grades are not assigned (place a zero in the hours earned column and a zero in the grade column).
Students who have received an Academic Alert during the current term must make an appointment and be advised in the office.Tina Grimsley, EdS School of Nursing Austin Peay State University
