The Distance Education Support Desk

The DE Support Desk is the designated APSU support branch exclusively for D2L-related issues.  Our team is equipped to handle technical issues, course management and access, and general D2L inquiries virtually and in-person.

Availability: Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central

D2L Technical Support

D2L provides 24/7 technical support for emergent technical issues.  To contact their customer support, you can call 1-877-325-7778, submit a ticket with them, or use the Virtual Assistant by clicking on the chat icon located on the bottom, right-hand corner of you D2L My Home Page.


GOVSTECH Help Desk

As GOVSTECH manages the university’s single sign-on (SSO) credentials, we recommend reaching out to their Help Desk for support when you are experiencing issues logging into D2L.
