Distance Education Support

Distance Education Support provides faculty, staff, and student support for online teaching, learning, and technology.  This includes resolving technical and instructional needs related to the Desire2Learn Brightspace (D2L) online classroom, Tutor.com online tutoring, Turnitin plagiarism prevention software, Zoom web conferencing, Examity online proctoring, SmarterMeasure, and audio and video instructional content.

Department Operations During COVID-19

Department operations are impacted by the COVID-19 Risk Level of the University.  If the University is experiencing a moderate or high risk level, Distance Education Support will be closed to walk-in traffic.  While we may not be open to walk-in traffic at times due to COVID-19, the entire Distance Education team is always working hard to support all APSU faculty, staff, and students.  Please reach out to us at online@apsu.edu or 931-221-6625.

GOVSTECH manages the university's single sign-on credentials which are used by D2L.  If you are unable to log into D2L, please contact GOVSTECH.  They are also your first stop for help with AP Email, OneStop, Outlook, classroom media as well as networking, hardware, and software issues for campus computers.
