Chapter 33 Post 9/11 GI Bill® Transfer of Education Benefits (TEB) - Transfer Student

• Complete the VA form 22-1995 (black ink only and include your ss# in box I.D. and mark transfer of entitlement 2.F.) with the APSU Veterans Education Benefits Office.
• Provide a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility from U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to the APSU Veterans Education Benefits Office. 
• Complete the APSU Veterans Education Benefits Office Online Orientation.
• Must complete the Certification Request Form (CRF) once registered. (Enrollment Certification Process).

• The Prior Credit Evaluation will be completed by the end of your first term with the exception of Aviation Science.
