Austin Peay State University's Military and Veterans Affairs Division values your
feedback as it helps us enhance your educational experience. Please take a few moments
to complete this questionnaire. Your responses are anonymous and will be used to improve
our programs and services. 
This questionnaire is made up of a few simple, open-ended questions that align with
questions we also ask students in focus groups throughout the semester. Please be
constructive and specific in your feedback and offer examples, if possible.
Completing this questionnaire is voluntary. You are not required to complete this
questionnaire and does not affect your standing as a student at APSU.
